Warranty Information

Galide Warranty Policy 

All our products come with Galide 30 days hassle free return and we offer 2 year warranty on all laptops and cell phones.

Galide 2 year warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may occur in our products within 2 years of purchase date. Our warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law. Our warranty doesn't cover damage caused by accidents, Battery or unauthorized modifications. If your products fails the warranty claim twice the warranty on the product will be voided. For your product to be eligible for the 2 year warranty it must be registered on our website under warranty registration within 30 days of purchase.

                                            How does it work ?

  • You have to email us with the hardware issue your having.
  • We will send you a shipping label to ship us the item.
  • We will inspect the item for any physical damage.
  • We will make any repairs if necessary within 7-14 business days of receiving the item.
  • Then the item will be shipped back within 2-3 business days after the repair is completed.
  • If your products fails the warranty claim due to physical damage or water damage the product will be shipped back to you within 7-14 business days.
